once order being placed it takes a ton of time till the product gets delivered. Incase of emergency we cannot use HOUSENAMA. If we have ample of time in hand then its ok.

Hi Yash, we use external courier services for delivery. You placed a COD order on the website and the same was dispatched via Bluedart. Tracking details of the same were shared with you over Whatsapp and Email. There is no reason for us to fabricate these dispatch details. You can verify the same by entering the airway bill number on the Bluedart website directly or speaking to their customer service team.
In fact, if you see the tracking link, Bluedart has mentioned that multiple delivery attempts were made and each time the parcel was rejected by the consignee. This is a common occurence in case of COD orders where buyers change their mind post-ordering - and so our assumption was that the same was being returned because of the reasons specified by the courier service.
The return parcel is currently in transit. Do let us know if you'd like us to ship it again via another courier service?
